Crystal Bowls Workshop
Certain notes on the musical scale, played consistently, have been proved to be beneficial in helping treat pain management, anxiety and stress, disruptive behaviour and many illnesses. For thousands of years sound has been viewed as a very powerful tool for healing and transformation -by monks for chanting and religious ceremonies, by Shamans, Native Americans and many other civilisations.
Crystal Singing Bowls emit a very fine and pure wave form known as a sine wave. This pure wave of energy travels through our physical body because it contains (in part) millions and millions of silicate crystals. The musical notes emitted from each crystal bowl are tuned to reach each chakra:Base Chakra C, Sacral Chakra D, Solar Plexus Chakra E, Heart Chakra F, Thymus Chakra F#, Throat Chakra G, Brow (Third Eye) Chakra A, Crown Chakra B.
They are individually produced using 99.5% pure crushed and powdered silicon quartz crystal. The result is an integrated structure of the purest resonance capable of sending out an audible sound, sometimes as far as a third of a mile.
As with all crystals they have a certain resonation potential, and when we work with crystals and sound combined, such as with the Singing Bowls, there is a resonation, a harmonisation between the bowls and our bodies. Resonance is the ability of a vibration to reach out and trigger a response in anything else of a similar frequency known as sympathetic resonance and entrainment.
